Bell Center Place is a thoughtfully planned mixed-use development designed to bring together high-quality residential living and vibrant commercial opportunities in one cohesive community. Located along Bell Road, this project integrates 45 modern townhomes and two commercial buildings totaling approximately 23,000 square feet of retail and office space.
The site plan features a 14,000-square-foot two-level commercial building and a 9,000-square-foot two-level retail/office space, positioned to provide excellent visibility and accessibility from Bell Road. The residential portion offers spacious two-story townhomes arranged around well-landscaped open areas, with pedestrian-friendly walkways and convenient parking throughout the development.
